Furniture & Fixture Logistics Coordinator
We’re seeking a Furniture, Fixture and Equipment Procurement Coordinator to join our Interior Design Studio. The ideal candidate is extremely organized, can juggle a lot at once, is proactive and has excellent communication skills. In a nutshell the Logistics Coordinator works with the design team and handles all ordering, tracking, receiving and quality control of all project furniture pieces, fixtures and equipment. They communicate closely with all of our trade vendors to ensure everything arrives correctly and on time. They are responsible for receiving product and delivering it to our warehouse where it is stored and organized as per TLS standards. They log and track what has gone out to projects to be installed. Lastly, they ensure all shipping and freight costs are accounted for and billed out to the correct project.

Sr. Interior Designer
The Sr. Interior Designer will be responsible for managing different projects as well as Intermediate & Jr. Designers. The Sr. Designer will be responsible for delegating elements of each project to junior team members. The Sr. Designer will work with the team to develop concepts for beautiful, luxurious interiors. Including but not limited to; working drawings and schedules in Revit, space planning, conceptual design and research of materials/finishes as required, interface and communicate in meetings, presentations and site visits, coordinate with other professionals such as contractors, architects, engineers and other trades to ensure job success.

Interior Decorator
The interior decorator's primary duty is selecting and placing a variety of decorative elements for a client's home, office, or other space. Working within the client's budget, the interior decorator will furnish interior spaces with furniture pieces, and textiles such as rugs and upholstery, creating an aesthetic environment based on the client’s scope. They will work closely with the Lead Interior Designers to select and manage furniture and styling packages for multiple projects at once.

Jr. Interior Designer
The Junior Designer will contribute to the success of the firm by assisting with all aspects of design development including Pre-Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents and Construction Administration. The Junior Designer will report to the Project Lead on tasks and deliverables and work directly with him/her to ensure the facilitation of a project’s completion. We use Revit for our interior construction packages and therefore is an important asset to have.

Intermediate Interior Designer
The Intermediate Designer will work closely with the Senior Interior Designer(s) and assist in the managing of projects. The intermediate designer will help facilitate concepts for beautiful, luxurious interiors, prepare working drawings and schedules, research and source FF&E, create quotes, work sheets and PO’s, space planning, conceptual design, and other tasks as required. We use Revit for our interior construction packages and therefore is an important asset to have.

Project Manager - Interior Construction
The Project Managerwill serve as the primary point of contact during the construction phase, ensuring seamless communication between trades, vendors, clients, and the design team. This role requires deep knowledge of construction processes, superior organizational skills, and a passion for delivering luxury interiors on time and to the highest standard.
